Our Sommer’s Ale with raspberries and black berries added. An ale light in color and body, slightly bitter, but well balanced. The classic American Willamette hop provides a light, pleasant floral aroma.
Irish Red Ale
An Irish Style Red Ale. Coppery red in color, with hints of chocolate and coffee in both aroma and flavor from caramel malt and a touch of roasted barley. Very lightly hopped only to balance the sweetness of the strong malt backbone.
A tarted up Hefeweizen. Kettle soured to produce a dry, fairly tart beer that finishes lightly with the characteristic hefe flavors of banana, clove, and yeast.
A malty brown caramel-eccentric British Ale without roasted flavors of a porter.
A Robust Porter brewed with Cluster hops and infused with powdered cocoa. Very dark in color from the addition of black patent and chocolate malts, with a forward aroma and flavor of chocolate emboldened by the addition of powdered cocoa.
This brew is somewhere between a mead and an ale. Prominent honey aroma and flavor, sweet but slightly balanced by dark, almost chocolaty notes from 60Â° caramel malt and roasted barley
God Save the Queen
A light English Bitter- A Bready aroma with a mildly bitter and malty flavor and a clean crisp slightly dry finish.
Flatlands own spin on an IPA- A fresh lightly floral aroma with some grainy sweetness and a resinous hop forward flavor.
Very dark, with pronounced roasted flavors of coffee and chocolate from a high percentage of dark malts. Added mouthfeel from the addition of oats, and nicely balanced from a light addition of Perle hops.

Our take on cream soda. All of the sugar is from pure maple syrup produced by Height O’ Land Maple Syrup.
Yahnke Farm Cream Ale
An unconventional take on a classic style. Golden in color, with emphasis on a grainy aroma and flavor from the addition of biscuit malt. Medium body and a slight sweetness is achieved through the addition of lactose, which does not ferment. Refreshing and easily drinkable.
