Flat Prairie Braggot
This beer was a collaboration with Prairie Rose Meadery and will surely please (especially if you enjoy meads!) Holiday Spice Cask Series
This is a cask take on our Holiday Cheer brew. This aged beer has spices such as cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves aging in the firkin with the beer. This can be served warm or slightly chilled! This tastes just like the holiday treats we have come to know and love.
This traditional Marzenbeir gives a full bodied, rich, and caramel flavor that is sure to please! This German style Lager is brewed with a 3-step mash and fully aged over the summer to give us a beer to have with any harvest time celebration.
Our Sommerâs Ale with raspberries and black berries added. An ale light in color and body, slightly bitter, but well balanced. The classic American Willamette hop provides a light, pleasant floral aroma.
Our take on cream soda. All of the sugar is from pure maple syrup produced by Height O’ Land Maple Syrup.
India Pale Ale
This American IPA is hopped exclusively with a large amount of Simcoe hops, creating a great resinous flavor and aroma, with a touch of citrus. Munich and light caramel malts add sweetness and extra malt character to the North Dakota grown Okefenokee Pale malt base from Two Track Malting in Bismarck.
This beer was a collabortaion with Atypical Brewing and Bottleworks out of Minot! This beer has a subtle pepper taste when it is enjoyed cold but has a nice pepper flavor once it is warm!
Three Legged Squirrel
American Pale Ale. Light golden color and light body. Brewed with Cascade hops giving it a lemony-citrus aroma and flavor, creating a crisp, refreshing, easy to drink beer.
Yahnke Farm Cream Ale
An unconventional take on a classic style. Golden in color, with emphasis on a grainy aroma and flavor from the addition of biscuit malt. Medium body and a slight sweetness is achieved through the addition of lactose, which does not ferment. Refreshing and easily drinkable.
Here are the beers we’re going tap next!
Irish Red Ale
An Irish Style Red Ale. Coppery red in color, with hints of chocolate and coffee in both aroma and flavor from caramel malt and a touch of roasted barley. Very lightly hopped only to balance the sweetness of the strong malt backbone.
God Save the Queen
A light English Bitter- A Bready aroma with a mildly bitter and malty flavor and a clean crisp slightly dry finish.
A light crisp flavor with a sweet aroma and subtle hop characteristics. A great summer time beer!
Very dark, with pronounced roasted flavors of coffee and chocolate from a high percentage of dark malts. Added mouthfeel from the addition of oats, and nicely balanced from a light addition of Perle hops.
This black lager is definitely smooth and easy to drink despite the darkness of the beer.
Our First Love Coffee stout with an interesting wild sour that will surely interest sour and coffee loves alike!
